On November 27–28, 2025, the 4th Greater Bay Area Port, Shipping & Logistics Exhibition was grandly held in Nansha. As a core platform connecting the port, shipping and logistics industries across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the exhibition brought together industry leaders, senior experts and partners along the entire industrial chain to explore new pathways and opportunities for high-quality development of logistics in the Bay Area. The team from CIMC Taicang made a distinguished appearance with its professional capabilities, participating deeply through booth exhibitions, on-site visits, conference exchanges and business matchmaking sessions.
During the exhibition, the thoughtfully designed booth of CIMC Taicang stood out as one of the highlights. Featuring a clear brand identity, detailed product information and professional consulting services, the booth fully showcased the company’s core strengths in container manufacturing, intermodal transport equipment and R&D of special equipment, as well as its outstanding achievements in quality management, lean management and intelligent manufacturing. In addition, the CIMC Taicang team was invited to participate in a tour of Nansha Port to explore new business opportunities. As a key shipping hub in the Greater Bay Area, Nansha Port impressed the team deeply with its efficient operation procedures, advanced port facilities and well-established logistics support system. During the visit, team members observed the port’s intelligent loading and unloading equipment and container dispatch management system up close, and gained detailed insights into its current development and future plans in terms of route layout, cargo throughput, and intermodal connectivity.
On-site exchanges with port staff not only deepened the team’s understanding of the Greater Bay Area’s port and shipping logistics network, but also provided new ideas for exploring collaborative models between ports and container manufacturing enterprises in the future.
During the conference, the CIMC Taicang team participated in the 8th ISEA Cross-border Business Cooperation & Matchmaking Conference and delivered a presentation in the "Golden 60 Seconds" session.
